Our fun, popular, and critically acclaimed self-defense and empowerment program is open to the LGBT community!

​

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBT) persons, and those perceived as LGBT, are at an increased risk of being bullied, harassed, or attacked. The strategies and tactics taught in our ABC program are applicable to ALL cross sections of our community, regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation or gender identification.

We can deliver a program for YOUR group that considers the important and unique considerations of the LGBT community and strategies to prevent and address harassment and violence against our LGBT family and friends targeted simply because of their non-conformity to gender "norms". You will:

• Learn the facts about violence against LGBT persons

• Learn how to be aware of yourself and your surroundings

• Learn how to identify and avoid dangerous situations

• Learn how to define and maintain your "safety zone"

• Learn simple, effective, and essential skills to protect yourself and your loved ones

• HAVE FUN!
